- What is a still-life in Still Pond?
- A still-life is a Conway's Game of Life configuration where applying GoL rules one step produces exactly the same grid. Live cells with 2 or 3 live neighbors survive; dead cells with exactly 3 live neighbors are born; everything else dies. A still-life therefore does not change between timesteps.
- How do you play Still Pond?
- Tap each blank cell to flip it between empty (◻) and filled (●). Your goal: configure all cells so the resulting grid is a still-life. Cells already given cannot be changed. There is exactly one correct solution per puzzle.
- How many levels does Still Pond have?
- 30 levels across 5 tiers: Beginner (4×4), Easy (5×5), Medium (6×6), Hard (6×6), and Expert (7×7). Each puzzle has a unique solution guaranteed.
