Using the site

PlayVori is free to use for personal entertainment. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, or re-host the games it shows on another website. The site uses Google AdSense. We never place our ads inside a game; some embedded games are hosted by their developer and may show that developer's own ads inside the game frame.

The games

Each game is the work of its creator and is provided under its own licence or with the creator's permission, shown on the game's page and on Credits. Your rights to reuse a game's code or assets come from that licence, not from these terms.

No warranty

Games and the site are provided as they are. We test every game, but can't guarantee that each one works on every device or browser. Game progress is stored in your browser and can be lost.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from use of the site or its games.

Changes and removals

We may add, update or remove games — for example, when rights are disputed — and update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
