How to play
- Each numbered cell shows how many of its 8 surrounding neighbors are filled. A cell showing 0 means all neighbors are empty.
- Click or tap a cell to fill it (black). Long-press or right-click to mark it as empty (X). Use the toggle button to switch modes.
- Start with obvious deductions: 0 means clear all neighbors, maximum means fill all neighbors. Cross-reference overlapping clues.
- When all cells are correctly filled, the puzzle reveals a hidden pixel art image. Earn stars based on your speed and accuracy!

- What is Fill-a-Pix?
- Fill-a-Pix is a logic puzzle where each numbered cell tells you how many of its 8 neighbors are filled. By using logical deduction, you determine which cells to fill and which to leave empty, ultimately revealing a hidden pixel art picture.
- How do you solve a Fill-a-Pix puzzle?
- Start with cells showing 0 (all neighbors empty) or maximum numbers (all neighbors filled). Then use cross-referencing between overlapping cells to narrow down remaining cells. Every puzzle can be solved through pure logic without guessing.
- Is Fill-a-Pix the same as Nonogram?
- No. Nonogram uses row and column number clues (runs of filled cells). Fill-a-Pix uses per-cell neighbor count clues (0-9). They require different solving strategies but both reveal hidden pictures.
